Ajwain

"Ajwain is an uncommon spice except in India and certain areas of Asia. It is the small seed-like fruit, egg-shaped and grayish in color. The plant has a similarity to parsley. Raw ajwain smells thyme but is more aromatic and less subtle in taste, as well as slightly bitter and pungent. In Indian cuisine, ajwain is almost never used raw, but either dry-roasted or fried. It is also traditionally known as a digestive aid and an antiemetic."

...was looking for an indian restaurant nearby

Hello, I recently enjoyed my first meal

I was in today and I loved my dinner

I currently work in downdown and was looking for an indian restaurant nearby.  Now I have one that I can dine at for lunch and dinner.
First of all let me say the concept is quite unique.  Contemporary design with today's technology.,  you can order yourself via a touch screen orderng system. There's a fast casual type of atmosphere. The total wait  to get my food was les then 2 minutes, amazing.  Quicker then fast food..but much much more healthier.

The naan was warm and soft and the  Karahi Chicken was just right.

I have eaten at alot of indian restaurants here in Arizona and I would say this food is equal to if not better then many of the sitdown more expensive  restaurants i've been to.  If you want good authentic indian food at a decent price and fast give this place a try I think you'll like it.  I know I will be going back.

Hello, I recently enjoyed my first meal of butter chicken, naan and rice at "Hurry4Curry." I found the staff very friendly, the service efficient and the atmosphere pleasant. I do have a couple of suggestions regarding the food, however. I think that it would really help if the naan bread could be improved. The bread I received was a bit too cool and almost "cracker-like" in texture. Also, have you considered offering garlic naan? You could "up charge" customers for garlic naan in a manner that would generate pure profit. Also, I think that one of the issues you will face in terms of your success in the area is the fact that many residents of Phoenix are not very adventurous diners. What about offering 1/4 and 1/2 tandoor chicken meals as a way to entice those who are not familiar with Indian food into your restaurant with something relatively familiar? I wish you the best of luck with your new business!

I was in today and I loved my dinner!! I will for sure be coming back and hopefully you will do a hookah bar @ night. I know that would be a huge hit!!
