We don’t have a celebrity chef, but we do have old, tried and tested recipes, which have been used for years in traditional Indian cooking. Some of these recipes are handed down from our parents, even grandparents, who put in a lot of effort and love into their cooking.
While we can’t duplicate their affection, as a tribute we use their recipes in our dishes. We also DON’T have the magical "Curry Powder" most other Indian restaurants claim to have, but we do use a delectable variety of spices that give a distinct flavor to our dishes.
We have also learned from cooking these recipes that timing is everything–the time when the spice added during the preparation is critical to the taste of the dish, thus we pay special attention to the cooking process so you are able to enjoy a delicious meal, which replicates the Indian traditional home-cooked food.
