"The Hurry4Curry concept is intriguing to us as designers because through design we can help the client link the fresh and authentic Indian food with an American way of approaching fast food. We felt the space needed to convey a modern and clean aesthetic, with the open kitchen being the drama and the draw. We left the kitsch behind, and brought out the food and flavors, the preparation techniques, and the modern technology.

The result will be a clean,comfortable environment where customers have confidence in the end product being fresh, fast and healthy for a goodvalue.  The design supports the concept, allowing the client, Hurry4Curry, to do what they do best."
