Our menu changes ever so often so don’t be disheartened if you don’t spot your favorite dish on our list of daily options. Besides, it’s our confident claim the items on the menu for that day will be equally lip smacking.   • Chana Masala: Chickpeas cooked with garlic, tomatoes and cilantro.
  • Daal: Lentils with Spinach, sautéed with onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Flavorful, yet a basic dish of the Indian household.
  • Tawa Paneer: Unique preparation of Indian cottage cheese cooked with Anise seeds in our own tomato gravy.
  • Paneer, Corn and Pea Masala: Sautéed fresh Indian cottage cheese with corn and peas in tomato gravy with a refreshing fenugreek flavor.
  • Alu Matar: Cubed potatoes cooked with green peas in a mild curry made with tomatoes, onions and spices.
  • Jeera Aloo: Cubed potatoes sautéed with turmeric and cumin seeds
  • Vegetable Korma: Variety of fresh vegetables chopped and prepared in rich gravy with cashews and raisins.
  • Aloo Palak: A popular dish made with sautéed spinach and potatoes.
  • Butter Chicken: Smooth sauce and tender chicken that melts in your mouth. Made by marinating chicken overnight in our own marinade, grilled and then cooked in creamy gravy.
  • Chicken Tikka Masala: Chunks of chicken marinated in our own marinade and then skewered and baked in a Tandoor, and cooked in tomato gravy.
  • Karahi Chicken: Chicken marinated in our own marinade, skewered and baked in a Tandoor oven and then cooked in a wok with onions and green/red peppers.
  • Hara Bhara Chicken: Boneless chicken slow cooked with mint, cilantro and tomato gravy.
     
  • Tawa Shrimp: Shrimp sautéed in frying pan with anise seeds in our own tomato gravy
  • Shrimp Masala: Dry preparation of Shrimp with onions, peppers and herbs in a heavy-bottomed, flat frying pan
  • Karahi Masala: Shrimp cooked in authentic karahi sauce with julienne red and green peppers and onions.
     
  • Chicken Tikka: Cubed chicken marinated overnight and cooked in a Tandoor on skewers.
  • Tandoori Shrimp: Marinated shrimp cooked in a Tandoor.
  • Tandoori Chicken: Chunks of chicken marinated in special Tandoori sauce and cooked to perfection in a Tandoor.
  • Tandoori Fish: Boneless seasonal fish marinated in Indian herbs and spices cooked in a Tandoor.
     
  • Roti:  Whole wheat unleavened bread cooked in a Tandoor.
  • Naan: Delicious leavened Indian bread served fresh out of the Tandoor.
     
  • Chicken Biryani: A traditional Mughlai dish from India and Parkistan, slow cooked with chicken and vegetables. Ours is a bit spicy with a blend of herbs, and is a meal in itself.
  • Vegetable Biryani: This vegetarian version of biryani is mild and full of aroma.
  • Basmati Rice: Aromatic long-grain rice from India.

  • Mango Lassi:  Non-alcoholic cold beverage, made with sweetened mango pulp blended in yoghurt
  • Kheer: A rice pudding. Rice slow-cooked in milk and saffron.
